Chris Eastland is a New York-based creative director, author, and fine artist with over two decades of experience spanning brand design, publishing, and classical portraiture. He co-founded ZooBorns, the beloved animal media brand, where he has designed and co-authored multiple books and built a global online audience through thousands of blog and social media posts. Through his studio, Eastland Creative, he has developed brand identities, advertising campaigns, pitch books, and websites for a wide range of clients. Trained in the Classical Realist tradition at Charles Cecil Studios in Florence, Italy, Chris also maintains an active portrait practice in charcoal and oil. His career bridges the worlds of commercial creativity and fine art, rooted in a rigorous aesthetic sensibility developed across both disciplines.
